Terms of Service

Last updated: July 21, 2026

These Terms govern your access to and use of VoicaX (the 'Service'). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

This document is a template pending review by qualified legal counsel. It is not legal advice.

1. The Service

VoicaX provides a multi-tenant platform for provisioning and operating AI Employees across voice, chat, and workflow surfaces. Features may evolve over time.

2. Accounts and Organizations

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account and organization workspace. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your organization.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct is described in our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend accounts that materially violate the AUP.

4. Customer Data

You retain all rights in the data you submit ("Customer Data"). You grant VoicaX a limited license to process Customer Data solely to operate the Service on your behalf.

5. Fees and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Usage-based charges (calls, messages, tokens) are billed in arrears. VoicaX offers a 7-day money-back guarantee if the service does not deliver as promised, and a 24-hour mistaken-purchase refund option when no usage has occurred. See our Refund Policy.

6. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's Confidential Information using at least the same degree of care it uses for its own information of like importance, and no less than reasonable care.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind except as expressly stated. AI outputs may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing them before relying on them in critical workflows.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days of notice. Upon termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced with reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
